Jason is a 20-year veteran of creative city making and specialises in advanced sustainable design and development.  His expertise spans across urban regeneration planning, development strategy, place making, urban retailing, innovation districts and sports-oriented precinct development.  

His career experience includes delivery of mixed-tenured housing in New York City, execution of the South Lake Union Innovation District in Seattle and serving as Head of Sustainability and Innovation for Lendlease's Australian property business.  He is a co-founder of both the International Living Future Institute and the Green Sports Alliance and was selected as Global Urban Vanguard by Next City in 2015 and 2017.  In 2018, Jason founded and launched the City Makers’ Guild, an education, advocacy and research group promoting more equitable, sustainable and inclusive cities. Jason is also an expert in affordable and alternative housing models and is lead for Nightingale Housing in New South Wales and ACT.
