The website https://www.leftbankco.com/ (the Website) is operated by Michelle Tabet Pty Ltd ACN 602 137 351 t/as Left Bank Co who is referred to in this privacy policy as “we”, “us”, “our” and similar grammatical forms.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by us. By using our Website or otherwise contracting with us you are accepting the terms of this privacy policy, and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information as described in this privacy policy.

2. What information do we collect?

The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on what information you provide us and how you interact with us (including use of our Website). The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include:

(a) identity particulars such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email address;

(b) your bank, credit or debit account details when you make a purchase; 

(c) your records of communication with us; and

(d) if you visit our website, your website usage information such as your IP address.

3. How we collect your personal information

4. Why do we use “cookies” and other web use tracking technologies?

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Overseas transfer

We do not routinely disclose personal information to recipients outside Australia unless you request us to, however one of our database providers maintains servers outside of Australia. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
