Brief

Government Architect NSW (GANSW) now exists as a strategic design agency, tasked with improving the quality of the built environment throughout NSW. Twelve months after the launch of its first design excellence policies and advocacy program, GANSW wanted to know what impact its work was having on design quality in NSW for its broad range of stakeholders.

 

Approach

Left Bank Co. worked closely with the team at the GANSW to develop a survey methodology, questions and insights to examine the impact of its broad scope of work. We gathered and assessed the finding to formulate tangible recommendations to GANSW to guide future work from the agency.

 

Impact

This survey provided a baseline measure of impact of the agency and its work, providing valuable insight and baseline for measuring impact over time.
