A deep dive into sector needs
Brief
As part of a broad scope of strategic planning, which included the development of the NSW Cultural Infrastructure Plan 2025+, Create NSW was developing the Arts 2025 strategic plan. Following the significant Arts 2025 Summit, further engagement was required with specific sector groups to further understand operational funding priorities and needs.
Approach
Left Bank Co. was asked to develop and deliver a series of sector-specific workshops for the literature, museum and visual arts sectors. These were designed in conjunction with Create NSW to understand pain points and possible solutions.
Impact
The outcomes of these workshops fed into the development of new funding guidelines for Create NSW.
